Assistive Technology
Assistive Technology (AT) comes in many forms. The Assistive Technology Industry Association (ATIA) defines AT as products, equipment, and systems that enhance learning, working, and daily living for persons with disabilities. Much of the information on this site is to serve as a resource for all students at WSU. Currently, the WSU Access Center provides access to Sonocent Audio Notetaker, LiveScribe Smartpens, and digital voice recorders for registered and approved students. As part of AT, we also provide accessible formats of course materials for our registered students.
