Page Types

  • Master Page - This is the top level node for your site. On this page, you set the theme details and contact information
  • Home Page - This is the home page for your site
  • Content Page - This is the page you will use most often to build your site content
  • Events Page - This is the page you will use to set up a list of upcoming events
  • Staff Page - This is the page you will use to highlight your staff
  • Facilities Page - This probably won't be used much in student affairs. It can hold office hours, etc. 
  • FAQ Page - Use this page to assemble a list of frequently asked questions.
  • Offsite Navigation Link - Use this page to set up a navigation link to external content.

 

How to add pages

  • Right click on the name of the node that will be the parent of the page you are adding. 
  • Select "create"
  • Choose from the dropdown list.
  • Name your page
  • CLick the green "save and publish" link at the bottom right of the page.
  • You can continue editing, or leave the page and come back to it later.
